At Maldron Hotel Sandy Road we welcome families of every size and with every need, that’s why we have a number of room options to suit your stay with us.

Deluxe Family Rooms for 2 Adults & 2 Children:
With two double beds and lots of extra space, these rooms are ideal for small families with young children. In fact they’ve so much space, they can easily accommodate a cot or rollaway bed for a younger child if you wish.

Junior Suites for 2 Adults & 2 Children:
For families looking for some extra comfort and space, choose our Junior Suite. For privacy, these rooms consist of a King bed in a spacious bedroom and a sofa bed for children in the suite’s living area.

Interconnecting Rooms:
Our final option is perfect for larger families who are in Galway for a longer vacation or simply require that extra space to completely unwind. Our interconnecting rooms consist of 2 double beds, 1 single bed and 1 pull out sofa or cot.

Superior King & Single Rooms

Three’s never a crowd in our contemporary and spacious Superior King and Single rooms. For starters, there’s all that generous space and chic design - and all rooms are en-suite and have a King size and a single bed. Just perfect for accommodating up to 3 people in cosy comfort.

Executive King Rooms

Interconnecting Rooms

This room choice is perfect for larger families who are in Galway for a longer vacation or simply require that extra space to completely unwind.  Our Interconnecting Rooms feature two separate bedrooms with connecting doors so you can enjoy comfort and space for up to 2 adults and 4 children.

One room has a king-size bed and the other has 2 double beds, each room also has an en-suite bathroom. A travel cot can be added to either of these rooms.
 

Junior Suites

Revive and refresh after a busy day of exploring all of Galway’s sights and attractions in our large Junior Suite. These suites provide ample space as they have a separate bedroom and living area, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay when in Galway.
